Charles has more than 25 years of experience in ministry leadership. He has a passion for helping others achieve results, he continues his emphasis of equipping others through Leadership Training and Ministry. Charles also helps in other arenas such as Counseling, Professional Life Coaching and Business Development.

Carmen was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio where she attended John Adams High School. She attended David N. Myers College and Liberty University.
